Maintenance Director Napa Post Acute -
Napa, CA Pay:
up to $30/hr | Full-Time | Leadership Role Napa Post Acute is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Supervisor to lead our facility's maintenance operations. In this essential role, you'll help ensure a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for our residents, staff, and visitors—while maintaining full compliance with CDPH, OSHA, and Title 22 standards.

What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in facility maintenance— healthcare or SNF experience preferred Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC , and general repairs Familiarity with regulatory compliance including CDPH, OSHA, and Title 22 Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting A safety-conscious, detail-oriented approach to preventative and reactive maintenance Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily maintenance operations and staff Conduct inspections and perform routine maintenance and urgent repairs Maintain accurate records of equipment servicing, work orders, and safety checks Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Oversee fire safety, emergency preparedness, and disaster response protocols Collaborate with Infection Prevention and Environmental Services to maintain sanitation standards Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations at all times Join a facility where your skills directly impact the safety and comfort of those we care for.
