Monitor and prioritize repair orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. Provide technical guidance and support to technicians, assisting with complex repairs and troubleshooting. Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback and coaching to enhance team members' skills and productivity. Collaborate with service advisors to ensure accurate and timely communication with customers regarding repair status and estimated completion times. Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations. Stay updated with the latest automotive technology and industry trends, sharing knowledge with the team as needed. Assist in the recruitment and training of new technicians, ensuring a skilled and motivated workforce. Monitor and control department expenses, optimizing resources and maintaining profitability. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement. Qualifications Valid driver's license and clean driving record Previous experience as a Shop Foreman strongly preferred
