Full Job Description Description:
Position Summary The Service Center Manager is responsible for the overall operation, performance, and profitability of the service center. This role provides leadership to the team, ensures exceptional customer service, maintains operational excellence, and drives business growth while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. Essential Responsibilities Manage all daily operations of the service center. Lead, supervise, coach, and develop all employees. Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and train new team members. Perform and oversee preventive automotive maintenance services. Maintain high customer satisfaction by resolving customer concerns promptly and professionally. Drive sales performance and achieve business goals. Monitor inventory and ensure proper stock levels. Ensure compliance with company policies, OSHA safety requirements, and operational procedures. Maintain accurate records and complete required reporting. Foster a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment. Partner with District Managers to improve operational performance and employee development.
Requirements:
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED preferred. Previous Service Center Manager or equivalent management experience required. Automotive maintenance experience required. Strong leadership and team development skills. Excellent customer service and sales abilities. Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills. Ability to make sound business decisions and solve operational challenges. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
