Responsibilities:
Responsible for all Service personnel, marketing and profitability of dealership Service Operations Train all advisors, technicians and valets on dealership procedures Manage technician and Service Employee productivity Observe, encourage and inspire all Service Employees to secure customer loyalty Forecast sales, gross profits and expenses Maintain an at or above national average CSI score and follow up with all guest issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction Develop and execute effective customer relations policies Hold weekly departmental meetings and set sales and service goals Interact with outside vendors and other dealership management Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications:
