Anaheim, CA & Surrounding Areas $90,000-$175,000+ Annual Earning Potential Are you an experienced Acrylic Bath Installer or bathroom remodeling professional ready to move into leadership? Luxury Bath Designs of Orange County is looking for a proven tradesperson with a strong understanding of acrylic bath installation, carpentry, plumbing, and residential remodeling to help lead and grow our installation and customer service team. What You'll Do Lead, train, and develop installation professionals Maintain high standards for workmanship and customer satisfaction Troubleshoot challenging installations and provide technical support Inspect completed projects and address quality issues Work with customers to resolve installation concerns Help improve installation processes, efficiency, and team performance Partner with sales and operations to ensure a smooth customer experience What We're Looking For 5+ years of bathroom remodeling or related trade experience preferred Strong acrylic bath/shower installation experience Deep understanding of residential construction and the trades Previous lead, foreman, or management experience is a plus Excellent communication and customer-service skills Strong work ethic, leadership ability, and attention to detail Valid driver's license and clean driving record What We Offer $90,000-$175,000+ annually , based on experience, work ethic, performance, and results.
