The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in facilities maintenance and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues while ensuring the safety and functionality of our facilities. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs. Supervise and lead maintenance projects, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high standards. Fabricate parts or components as needed for repairs or improvements. Conduct residential painting projects to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the property. Utilize logic controllers and ohmmeters for troubleshooting electrical issues. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and repair requirements. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing tenant concerns promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies. Qualifications Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related field. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise a team effectively. Proficient in reading schematics and technical drawings. Familiarity with logic controllers and the use of an ohmmeter for electrical diagnostics. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on tenant satisfaction. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing. Experience in residential painting is a plus. Strong problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting.
