Job Description
To thrive as a Senior Maintenance Operations Manager, you are a strategic facilities leader who excels at driving operational excellence across multiple locations while creating safe, efficient, and compliant work environments. We are looking for someone who can successfully lead maintenance operations, optimize building systems, manage vendor partnerships, and deliver exceptional service that supports our employees, business objectives, and continued growth. In this role, you will oversee facilities maintenance programs, preventive maintenance initiatives, capital improvement projects, compliance activities, emergency response procedures, and operational support services across multiple company locations. We rely on this role to lead cross-functional partnerships, develop high-performing teams, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and ensure our facilities operate at the highest standards of safety, reliability, and efficiency. Here's What We're Looking For High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Construction Management, Operations Management, or a related field preferred. A minimum of seven years (7) in facilities maintenance, facilities operations, maintenance administration, or similar experience. A minimum of two (2) years of leadership, supervisory, or management experience within facilities, maintenance, or operations environments. Strong knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire/life safety, and general facilities operations. Experience managing third-party contractors, service providers, vendor relationships, and facility-related projects. Experience with CMMS platforms such as eMaint, along with proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications. Working knowledge of OSHA, building code, fire code, and safety compliance requirements. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, customer service, and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Here is
