Job Summary:
The Maintenance Division is currently seeking a qualified individual to provide skilled technical services, as a Mechanical Supervisor for our Ride Mechanical Maintenance areas.
Responsibilities:
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee the implementation of Park and Dept. Policies and Procedures Maintain documentation of Training Certifications, Maintenance & Safety Standards, requisitions, etc. Develop and maintain area operating budget, to include daily operation and rehab projects Supervise department employees. This includes daily work assignments, scheduling, commendation, discipline, etc. Insure rides are maintained to the highest levels of Quality, Reliability and Safety possible Regularly serve as duty manager for the department.

Minimum Requirements for
Consideration:
Minimum of 5-10 years Maintenance Management Experience. Ability to handle multiple tasks at any given moment. Working under pressure to be expected. Understanding of State and County Codes, as relates to the industry. Valid California Driver License. Must be a team player, motivated, dedicated, and able to delegate tasks and duties as needed to achieve company success.
POSITION REQUIRES FULL AVAILABILITY TO WORK A VARIETY OF SHIFTS, INCLUDING WEEKENDS AND
HOLIDAYS.
