The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a keen eye for detail and excellent communication skills. Primary duties include performing R&M and ensuring cleanliness of facilities. Oversee and coordinate preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment including HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Kitchen, Elevator, Security, etc. Document, communicate, and coordinate warranty repairs as needed. Source vendors for tasks unable to be performed in house.
Education/Experience:
Associates degree or three years of relevant experience. Drivers License required. Computer skills and experience managing personnel required. Trade certificate or license highly desired. Employees get access to Club facilities including gym, pool, tennis/pickleball, and golf as well as 50% of food. This Management role also receives a complimentary lunch on all work shifts.
