Base salary plus bonus opportunity We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Director / General Manager in Seaside, CA to lead daily operations for a high-performing European automotive repair shop. This leadership role offers a $130,000-$150,000 base salary plus bonus opportunity, a Monday-Friday schedule, and significant responsibility for shop performance and growth. The operation currently generates more than $3.5M in annual revenue and has expanded capacity for continued growth. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily shop operations, team performance, and workflow Lead and support a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff Drive performance across revenue, gross profit, expenses, ARO, efficiency, and car count Handle service advising responsibilities approximately 20% of the time Lead marketing strategy and customer growth initiatives Maintain a high standard of customer experience throughout the service process Establish accountability across the team and support continued business growth Qualifications 6+ years of automotive management experience Experience leading automotive service operations and teams Strong leadership and accountability skills Experience in a dealership or high-performing independent repair shop Ability to manage operational and financial performance European automotive experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $130,000-$150,000 per year, depending on experience Bonus opportunity Medical, dental, and vision insurance with 80% of premiums paid 401(k) with employer match 3 weeks of paid time off plus paid holidays Relocation assistance available Why Work Here This is an opportunity to lead an established European automotive operation with more than $3.5M in annual revenue and additional capacity for growth.
