Hy-Line North America is looking to have someone join our team as the Maintenance Supervisor for our location in Turlock, CA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing leadership in projects and everyday tasks for the maintenance team. Improve and develop maintenance team to provide more efficient operation of hatchery equipment and facilities. This includes taking lead in repairing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and the upkeep of all hatchery equipment while continually maintaining a safe work environment. This position includes participating in a rotating night and weekend on-call program with other maintenance personnel. Candidates with previous experience of working in Industrial Mechanics and electrical. Management experience is preferred. in wet, outdoors environment and lifts up to 25lbs. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety, reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Exposure to water, cleaning chemicals, and outdoor weather conditions. Physical role requiring standing, bending, and lifting, shift work may be required, including weekends or evenings. Degree in related mechanical field or comparable life experience. EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal). Valid driver's license. Pay between $30.00 and $35.00/hour depending on experience and certifications.
