In this vital role, you will lead a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities, including mechanical systems repair, electrical systems troubleshooting, plumbing maintenance, and HVAC system repairs. Manage facilities maintenance teams by assigning tasks, monitoring progress, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Conduct inspections of mechanical and electrical systems using schematics, ohmmeters, and other diagnostic tools to identify issues promptly. Oversee the implementation of maintenance repair procedures, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry best practices. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule preventive maintenance, track work orders, and manage inventory of parts and tools. Lead projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs, coordinating with contractors and managing timelines effectively. Ensure all work complies with safety standards including OSHA regulations for high voltage, low voltage, electrical systems, HVAC systems, plumbing systems, and mechanical equipment. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety compliance documentation. Train team members on proper maintenance procedures and safety protocols to foster a culture of continuous improvement. Requirements Proven experience in supervising industrial or facilities maintenance teams within healthcare or similar environments. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience repairing HVAC systems, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), plumbing systems, and mechanical equipment. Familiarity with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, Ohmmeters, and engineering troubleshooting techniques. Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to industrial maintenance and healthcare facilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting and documentation purposes. Experience managing facilities maintenance using CMMS software for work order management and inventory control. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills in English for effective team coordination and reporting.
