The company offers a collaborative environment where leaders are empowered to make meaningful operational improvements. This role provides the opportunity to influence plant performance, develop maintenance talent, and play a critical role in ongoing facility expansion and reliability initiatives. Job Description Lead and manage the plant maintenance team to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and LOTO standards. Oversee troubleshooting and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLCs. Coordinate maintenance activities to support production schedules in a food manufacturing setting. Monitor and improve maintenance processes for enhanced efficiency and reliability. Manage maintenance budgets and resources effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operational goals. The Successful Applicant Experience with plant maintenance in a food manufacturing or food processing environment. Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, OSHA, and LOTO standards. Skills in preventive and predictive maintenance practices. Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting, electrical maintenance, and mechanical maintenance. Strong leadership and team management abilities.
