What You Will Be Doing Lead, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Oversee preventive maintenance programs, equipment repairs, installations, and troubleshooting efforts Drive equipment reliability initiatives and minimize downtime through effective maintenance planning Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring failures Prioritize maintenance work orders and allocate resources to support production objectives Partner with Operations and Plant Leadership on continuous improvement projects, equipment upgrades, and facility enhancements What You Will Need For This Job 2+ years of maintenance leadership, supervisory, or lead experience within manufacturing Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical troubleshooting abilities Experience managing preventive maintenance systems and CMMS platforms Background improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime Root cause analysis and continuous improvement experience Ability to lead by example in a hands-on manufacturing environment Preferred Maintenance certifications such as CMRP, CMRT, or similar Experience with inventory control, purchasing, and spare parts management Multi-department collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Production teams What's In It For You Full Benefit's Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401K with Match, Birthdays OFF, Sick Time, & More!!)
