We are seeking an energetic, results-driven Automotive Service Manager to lead high-performing service teams, drive operational excellence, and scale customer satisfaction to new heights across our growing CT locations.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Staffing:
Hire, train, mentor, and motivate service advisors, technicians, and support staff to achieve peak efficiency and productivity.
Customer Satisfaction:
Maintain a 100% customer-first mindset, resolving inquiries swiftly and ensuring fixed-right-the-first-time standards.
Financial Performance:
Manage departmental budgets, forecast goals, control labor costs, and optimize parts-and-service gross margins.
Process Optimization:
Streamline shop workflow, dispatching, and mobile/pickup service options to match growing regional demand.
