This is a key leadership position for someone who takes pride in their work, can lead from the front, and wants to be highly valued and well compensated. During the growing season, you'll assist with landscape enhancements, installations, landscape construction, and hardscaping. During the winter, your primary role will be supporting our large-scale commercial snow removal operation. Looking for people with extensive industry knowledge, years of experience managing and running crews and guys, and snow removal experience. Responsibilities Lead and assist crews with landscape enhancements, installations, and hardscaping. Operate skid steers, loaders, mini excavators, plows, spreaders, and other equipment. Help coordinate crews, equipment, materials, and daily production. Assist with storm preparation and execution of large-scale snow operations. Operate snow equipment and help supervise crews during storm events. Work overnight, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts when necessary during snow events. Maintain high standards for safety, quality, efficiency, and customer service. Communicate field conditions, equipment issues, and operational needs to management. We're Looking For Experienced landscape, construction, hardscape experience. Snow management professional Previous foreman or crew-lead experience preferred. Strong equipment-operation skills. Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable taking ownership. Able to work safely and effectively in demanding weather conditions. Commercial snow experience is a major plus .
