Job Description

Position:
Maintenance Manager Location:
New Haven, CT area Qualifications Associate's degree in Engineering (Bachelor's degree preferred). At least 5 years' Maintenance experience with Food Processing and Packaging equipment. Hands-on to
Troubleshoot and Repair:
Electrical, Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Pneumatic equipment.
PLC Experience:
electrical distribution, Conveyors and VFD controls in an industrial setting, Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, electrical and pneumatic drawings, safety rules, operations manual, and written instructions. Knowledge of Welding & Fabricating, Plumbing, Carpentry, Building, Facilities and Grounds maintenance Maintain the
CMMS:
create and implement a Preventative Maintenance, Purchase Order, and Parts Management programs. Develop and maintain Vendor relationships and order materials and supplies as required. Supervise, train and mentor Maintenance Mechanics and Technicians.
