Maintenance Staff - 40 hours per week / 12-month position
Qualifications:
Knowledge of the tools, materials and methods of the building trades. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagrammatic form. Ability to describe in simple sentences structural or repair problems. Ability to lift and carry medium to heavy weights. Ability to work in poor weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain or snow. See attached job description.
Compensation:
$27.61 - $34.92 per hour commensurate with experience
