In this Maintenance Manager opportunity, you will build and strengthen a maintenance team, establish reliable processes and safety standards, and drive continuous improvement as the operation expands. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Maintenance Manager position include: 5 years of maintenance or millwright experience in a manufacturing environment, with 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience. Lead, supervise, and develop a team of maintenance technicians and millwrights. Oversee maintenance and repair of textile equipment. Manage facility systems including HVAC, compressed air, electrical, plumbing, and building infrastructure. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime. Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues and provide technical guidance to the team. Plan and execute equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvements. Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and company policies while maintaining accurate maintenance records, KPIs, and inventory.

Salary:

$90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
