GlassPro Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Shop Foreman and Glazier to join our team. This is a dynamic role where your primary focus will be keeping our shop running smoothly, fabricating storefronts, and preparing jobs, with occasional field work to assist our technicians. If you know your way around glass, take pride in an organized workspace, and enjoy a mix of in-house fabrication and on-site projects, this is the job for you.

Core Responsibilities Fabrication & Prep:

Fabricate storefronts, cut glass for internal orders, and polish glass.

Job Staging:

Handle in-house job prep to ensure field technicians have everything they need for the day.

Logistics & Inventory:

Manage shipping and receiving, pick up materials from vendors, and deliver glass when needed.

Shop Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized shop environment.

Field Support:

Occasionally assist with field jobs such as window reglazing or other small projects.

Requirements Experience:

Previous experience working with glass is required (cutting, polishing, handling).

Specialization:

Experience with storefront fabrication is highly preferred.

Credentials:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record for material transport.

Physical Ability:

Ability to safely lift and maneuver heavy glass and materials.
