Position Summary The Facilities & Manufacturing Equipment Maintenance personnel is responsible for a hand on and maintenance management in the repair, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of manufacturing equipment and facility infrastructure. This role ensures maximum equipment uptime, safe operations, and compliance with all company quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience working with CNC machinery, sheet metal fabrication equipment, facility systems, and industrial maintenance practices. Key Responsibilities Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair CNC manufacturing equipment and associated systems. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on sheet metal fabrication equipment, including: o Press Brakes o Turret Presses o Spot Welders o Washdown Systems o Powder Coating Ovens and Equipment Maintain facility infrastructure including: o Electrical distribution systems o Industrial plumbing systems o Compressed air systems and airlines o Ventilation and exhaust systems o HVAC and environmental control systems Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure high equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, and facility improvement projects. Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to resolve equipment related issues. Monitor equipment performance and recommend process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce maintenance costs. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards. Maintain accurate maintenance records, repair documentation, and spare parts inventories. Manage relationships with external contractors, equipment vendors, and service providers. Qualifications Required Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Manufacturing Technology, Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience. Minimum 5 years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment in a fabrication or production environment.

Strong hands-on experience with:

o CNC machinery o Press Brakes o Turret Presses o Spot Welding equipment o Powder Coating systems and ovens o Washdown equipment Knowledge of industrial electrical systems, controls, motors, sensors, and PLC troubleshooting. Experience maintaining compressed air systems, ventilation systems, and facility infrastructure. Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic schematics. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Preferred Experience working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software. Knowledge of quality inspection processes and dimensional measurement systems. Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Prior supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
