BTS Land Services Corp is hiring a Field Supervisor to lead multiple commercial maintenance crews and own the quality of our work in the field. We have the routes, the clients, the equipment, and a real ladder to climb. You bring the eye and the leadership. We're not looking for someone to fill a shift. We're looking for the Field Supervisor who becomes our next Operations Supervisor.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Supervise several commercial maintenance crews across the WPB-to-Miami corridor
• not one crew, several
• Own the quality standard on every property: walk the sites, inspect the work, and correct it before a client ever has to call
• Move property to property through the day
• you're in the field, not behind a desk
• Coach and develop crew leaders: set the expectation, show the standard, hold them to it
• Own the numbers your crews deliver
• hours against estimate, service completion, safety, and equipment care
• Catch site conditions early
• irrigation, disease, damage, scope creep
• and get them reported and fixed
• Be the face of BTS on site when a property manager has a question

YOU'RE THE ONE IF

• You've supervised landscaping or lawn maintenance crews
• ideally more than one at a time
• You can look at a property and immediately see what was missed
• You can correct a crew leader without losing them
• coaching is most of this job
• You carry a valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable record (MVR will be run)
• You're comfortable running a tablet or app to document site conditions

• You're not done climbing
