• the crew, the quality, the timing, and the client's first impression when your truck pulls away.

We have the accounts, the equipment, and a ladder that keeps going. We're not filling a shift. We're hiring the Field Supervisor you'll become.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• Lead a commercial maintenance crew of 3-5 on daily routes across the WPB-to-Miami corridor
• Set the standard on every property: mowing, edging, trimming, detail, presentation
• Run your day
• crew assignments, sequencing, pace, and the quality check before you leave
• Keep your truck, trailer, and equipment ready; daily checks, issues flagged to the shop
• Use our field management app to log work, post photos, and surface site conditions
• Teach the newer crew members the right way
• the people you train become our next leaders

YOU'RE THE ONE IF

• You've led landscaping or lawn maintenance crews
• you've owned the result, not just the labor
• You can keep a route on time without letting the quality slip
• You hold a valid Florida driver's license with an acceptable record (MVR will be run)
• You're comfortable running a tablet or phone app for your route
• we'll train you
• You take pride in how a property looks when the crew pulls away
