The right individual will be self-motivated, able to focus on not only customer retention but growing our customer base. We are currently writing approx. 200 RO's Daily, and are looking for the right individual to help us grow from there. Driving sales on the service lane and helping with any client concerns are key roles for this position. Employee morale and retention is something Daytona Toyota takes great pride in. The right individual will be able to balance these relationships and encourage and motivate staff. The ideal Candidate should have multiple years of service managership dealership experience.
