Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Building Maintenance Supervisor to lead our faciliTy maintenance department in ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our building systems. This role involves overseeing the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across our facility. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong management skills, technical expertise in industrial maintenance, and a proactive approach to safety compliance. As a leader in facilities management, you will coordinate maintenance projects and ensure adherence to safety regulations while maintaining high standards of operational excellence. Responsibilities Manage the facilities maintenance needs to ensure timely and effective repair and upkeep of preventative mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems routine maintenance repair procedures, getting rooms ready for move ins. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations by conducting safety inspections, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining accurate safety documentation Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and safety incidents in accordance with company policies.
