Plattner Automotive Group is currently seeking a Fixed Operations Director for multiple franchises.

Essential Duties Include:

Experience in multiple franchise's is a huge plus Forecast goals and objectives for the service and parts department Hires, trains, and motivates service and parts personnel Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes come backs Understands and ensures compliance with manufacturers warranty and policy procedures Employment qualifications are as follows: Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in automotive fixed operations Must have proven track record as a franchise Automotive Service Director and Parts Manager Automate is preferred Must be well organized Make customer satisfaction a department priority, ensuring that service and parts personnel are courteous and respectful in their interactions with our customers Be willing to submit to and pass a drug and background check.
