Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Free uniforms Opportunity for advancement Landscape Maintenance Supervisor We're looking for an experienced, dependable Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to lead our crews and ensure our properties consistently look their best. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in quality work, knows how to lead a team, and communicates professionally with clients. Responsibilities Oversee landscape maintenance crews, keeping daily routes and assignments organized, efficient, and on schedule. Train team members on proper mowing, edging, pruning, trimming, and plant care techniques. Inspect completed work and address quality issues before leaving each property. Communicate with clients about property needs, requests, and concerns, and keep management informed. Lead by example and assist crews as needed to get the job done properly. Ensure equipment is handled safely, maintained properly, and report repair needs. Identify landscape health concerns and irrigation issues, and report recommended next steps. Qualifications 5+ years of professional landscape maintenance experience , with experience leading crews. Bilingual in English and Spanish , with the ability to give clear instructions and communicate professionally with clients. Strong knowledge of proper landscaping techniques, plant care, and equipment operation. Organized, reliable, and attentive to detail, with the ability to solve problems and hold crews accountable. Valid driver's license and ability to travel between job sites. Irrigation knowledge is a plus, but not required.
