Director of Maintenance About the Role We are seeking an experienced Director of Maintenance to oversee facility operations, building systems, and life safety requirements. This role provides leadership to the maintenance team, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports a safe, functional, and well‑maintained environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
