- provided at no cost to employees Accident, Disability, and Critical Illness Insurance Key Responsibilities Plans, Supervises, and assigns maintenance work selected for the daily schedule and partners with the Maintenance Coordinator to determined scheduled maintenance activities.
Performance Measures:
Asset availability, mean time to repair (MTTR), daily schedule compliance/tracking, emergency work level, weekly schedule compliance, PM schedule compliance, % jobs overdue, overtime, rework and repetitive work, and maintenance costs vs. budget Required Skills 2-5 years of supervisor experience in chemical manufacturing or related industries. Leading and supervising personnel, planning and organizing activities Practical usage of IT enablers (CMMS) such as MS Office and SAP Strong verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills Results oriented and demonstrated track record Familiarity with root cause incident investigation, mitigation and prevention programs Basic knowledge of applicable environmental rules and regulations Education, Certifications & Licenses High School Diploma/GED required Bachelors Degree preferred CMRT or CMRP Certification is a Plus- The statements above are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by employees assigned to this classification.
