The Service Manager has a vast understanding and curiosity of high-end service. They are discreet and solution oriented to accommodate member-centered experiences. Description:
Ensure smooth running of Food and Beverage Service. Serve as the direct point of contact between members and the food and beverage operation. Respond to all member compliments and complaints. Control the flow of service & touch every table. In charge of upholding service standards. Instrumental in the recruitment, onboarding, training, and staff performance reviews. Implement and enforce policies and protocols. Conduct staff counseling when appropriate. Liaison for POS programming and training. Monitor atmosphere (lights, music, room temperature). Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the Club. Conduct routine maintenance and upkeep as it relates to food and beverage. Foster maximum revenue being achieved from sales opportunities. Attend applicable meetings. Acts as a true leader and team player, jumping in with the team to help with side work, bussing, etc. Maintain staff product knowledge and upselling skills. Responsible for front of house schedules. Develop and implement the Hospitality Training Manual in collaboration with the assigned team. Identifies performance gaps and works with managers to develop and. implement appropriate training to improve performance. Select or develop teaching aids such as training handbooks, demonstration models, multimedia visual aids, computer tutorials, and reference works. Test trainees to measure progress and to evaluate effectiveness of training Display leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifies excellent customer service and creates a positive atmosphere Report on progress of employees under guidance during training periods Responsible for the overall directions, coordination, and evaluation of the club's training programs Interview and participate in hiring the service staff Manage F&B POS check modifications on all errors.
Job Requirements:
Two (2) years of experience as a server or bartender in a high-end restaurant and/or Country Club atmosphere. One Year of Experience must include: Knowledge of both cuisine menus, daily specials, wine list, cocktail program. Handling cash, POS transactions, and daily sales reporting accurately. Overseeing inventory control. Implement team and individual training sessions. Knowledge and training ability of Fine Dining service procedures and standards as well as casual dining procedures.

$ 93, 475per year
Travel:
Requires 10% International and Domestic travel for staff recruitment purposes.
