What you must have:
At least 8 years of general maintenance/general repair experience, 3 years of apartment industry experience required Management experience required EPA Universal certification required CPO certification highly preferred Trade skills including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, framing, painting, roofing, cabinetry, pools, appliance, etc. Trade Licensing preferred but not required Tech savvy; efficiently use computers and basic software programs Must have own tool kit Must live within 30 minutes of property Must have dependable transportation and be able to accommodate a rotating on-call schedule Must be able to perform physical requirements of the job such as lifting, carrying, pushing or pulling objects up to 50 pounds. Approximately 60% of time spent walking and climbing and 30% sitting. Requires the ability to lift or carry for the purposes of document dissemination, preparation of apartments for customers, and moving furniture/appliances within the office and apartment environment. over 150 pounds- Rare need (less than 5% of time) between 75
