Service Manager to join our team. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our Service Department. This is a leadership role that requires strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals
• Lead and manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support
• Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure targets are met
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for growth
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Prepare and present reports to senior management

Experience:

• Must have 2 years RV experience or service management experience
• Proven experience in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of sales, auto body repair, auto estimating, service writing, aligning, brake repair, auto service management, automotive service, mechanic, and automotive repair
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to think strategically and make sound decisions
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
