Full-time, 40 hours/week Join Our Team at Professional Bayway Management (PBM) Are you an experienced maintenance professional who thrives in a hands-on role? Do you take pride in problem-solving, maintaining high standards, and working in a supportive team environment? If so, we'd love to hear from you. PBM is seeking a full-time, experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee operations at a premier high-rise condominium. This is a key position for someone who is skilled in building systems, enjoys working with people, and is committed to excellence. Your Responsibilities Daily maintenance operations for a high-rise residential property Oversee and maintain building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and elevators Perform light repairs (drywall, painting, carpentry, preventative maintenance) Coordinate with vendors Address resident concerns with professionalism and courtesy Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes Participate in after-hours on-calls(overtime eligible) What We're Looking For Minimum of 3 years' maintenance experience, preferably in high-rise residential buildings Strong knowledge of building systems and mechanical operations Hands-on skills in drywall, light plumbing, electrical, and painting Reliable, proactive, and solution-focused work ethic Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed Why Work with PBM?
