Job Overview Currently interviewing for a Food Manager Certified Chef at ACES, an inpatient brain injury rehabilitation program. We are seeking highly motivated, effective, dynamic, professional individuals with a willingness to learn the specific needs of the client's we serve.

Primary responsibilities include:

Prepare and cook meals for clients, staff and family members. Works in the traditionally busy environment of a kitchen area and functions within structured timelines. Monitors receipt of supplies and proper storage. Experiments with new menu offerings & trains other chefs necessary to prepare new recipes. Inspects kitchen and dining room to ensure that proper hygiene and safety standards are strictly observed. Must be able to lift articles in excess of 50 lbs throughout the day. Use tools for positive interaction and Professional Crisis Management techniques to de-escalate problematic client behavior and reinforce and shape appropriate behavior. The Chef also will need to have general knowledge in Building maintenance, which will consist of repairing

Food Safety Manager Certification Pay:

$20.00 - $28.52 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
