• Lead and motivate the service team to deliver outstanding automotive repairs, diagnostics, and maintenance services
• Oversee daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficiency and quality control
• Develop and implement strategies to increase upselling and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Manage estimating processes using automotive estimating software, ensuring accurate and timely quotes
• Supervise service writing, and client communication to foster trust and loyalty
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment Skills
• Proven experience in auto service dealership management with a strong background in automotive diagnostics and repair
• Mechanical knowledge
• Proficient in estimating software and computer-aided estimating tools
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about repairs and costs
• Ability to hire, train and retain a team to support business needs
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing a team of service technicians, advisors and support staff
