Job Description

Job Summary We are looking for an experienced and motivated landscape maintenance operations manager to oversee daily maintenance operations, crews, equipment and client properties. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, hands-on, and able to lead a team while maintaining the high quality landscape standards.
PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Responsibilities Supervise and manage landscape maintenance crews Plan daily routes, schedules and work loads Ensure properties are maintained to company standards and in fulfillment of the contract Train, coach and hold crew members accountable Inspect completed work and address quality issues Communicate with clients and resolve service concerns Manage equipment, vehicles, materials and supplies Track labor hours and job productivity Coordinate seasonal services and special projects Ensure crews follow the company safety procedures and are using PPE Assist with hiring and evaluations Work with ownership/ management on operational improvements Qualifications 5+ years of landscape maintenance experience Previous crew leadership and management experience preferred Strong knowledge of turf, plants, pruning, irrigation and landscape maintenance Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to operate or supervise operation of landscape equipment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Bilingual and English/ Spanish is a plus What We Offer Competitive Pay Paid time off Company vehicle/ equipment Health and dental insurance Opportunities for advancement Consistent full-time work
