ASAP| Contract or Contract ‑ to ‑ Hire Opportunity BG Staffing is seeking an experienced and dependable Maintenance Supervisor to support an apartment community in Fairburn, GA 30213 . This is a great opportunity for a skilled maintenance leader who can oversee daily operations, guide the maintenance team, and ensure the property remains in excellent condition. Responsibilities Lead and supervise the maintenance team in daily operations Oversee work orders, repairs, and preventive maintenance Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues Manage unit turns and ensure make‑readies are completed on schedule Maintain community grounds, common areas, and equipment Ensure all work meets safety, compliance, and quality stanards Communicate professionally with residents and staff Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed Requirements Previous experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead Technician Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Reliable, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities Apartment maintenance experience strongly preferred #BGS BG Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
