We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities across our portfolio of properties. This person will have a support team to help carry out assigned tasks.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate all maintenance operations across managed properties Direct and assign tasks to the maintenance team, following up to ensure completion Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors as needed Prioritize and manage maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs and routine inspections Manage maintenance budget, supplies, and vendor relationships Ensure properties comply with applicable safety standards and codes Report on maintenance status, costs, and needs to the management teamRequirements:
Proven experience in property maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or other technical areas) Prior experience leading a team or supervising staff Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation We offer: Competitive salary based on experience Full-time position Leadership role with growth opportunities within the company Interested candidates should submit their experience and availability.Pay:
