We are looking for a full-time Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities across our portfolio of properties. This person will have a support team to help carry out assigned tasks.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate all maintenance operations across managed properties Direct and assign tasks to the maintenance team, following up to ensure completion Coordinate with outside contractors and vendors as needed Prioritize and manage maintenance requests, ensuring timely resolution Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs and routine inspections Manage maintenance budget, supplies, and vendor relationships Ensure properties comply with applicable safety standards and codes Report on maintenance status, costs, and needs to the management team

Requirements:
