Ensure maximum production quantity and quality Support the policies, goals, and objectives of the company Plan and schedule project timelines, orders parts Constant monitoring of processes for improvement activity Assist and participate in new model equipment specifications, implementation, validation, and process development Ensure efficient manpower balance Encourage associates continuous improvement ideas Monitoring spare parts inventory and daily maintenance consumables Work with purchasing/vendors on cost efficiencies

Qualifications:

Associates Degree (AS) from an accredited Technical School; or one to two years of related technical experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
