Competitive, based on experience We are looking for an experienced Automotive Reconditioning Manager to oversee the process of preparing our pre-owned vehicles for retail sale. You will manage each vehicle from acquisition to front-line ready, including inspections, mechanical repairs, cosmetic work, detailing, vendor coordination, quality control, and final lot readiness. Responsibilities Manage daily used-vehicle recon workflow Coordinate service, detail, body, wheel, glass, tire, and outside vendors Track repair costs, approvals, parts, and completion dates Prioritize inventory to reduce days in recon Perform final quality-control checks before vehicles go online or to the sales lot Work closely with used-car managers, technicians, and sales staff Qualifications Automotive dealership, service, used-car, or recon experience required Strong knowledge of vehicle condition, mechanical repairs, and cosmetic reconditioning Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vehicles at once Experience controlling repair costs and following up with vendors Valid driver's license and clean driving record If you are proactive, understand used-car operations, and take pride in getting vehicles retail-ready quickly and correctly, we'd like to hear from you.

Pay:

$60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
