Supervise Crews Communicate to team members what work is expected to be completed on every jobsite Ensure each team member is completing the work set forth by the Client Relations Leader and Operations Leader Train team members according to the procedures and standards set forth by the company and retrain when needed Hold all team members accountable for completing their job in compliance with the company's expectations Maintain all efficiency hours for each property Follow the GANTT charts for each property as written 3. Maintain Properties Ensure proper maintenance of residential and commercial properties is completed according to the company's maintenance procedures Follow GANTT charts for each property Maintain each client's property according to certain client specifications as noted in Aspire 4. Communication Keep an open line of communication with the Operations Leader, Client Relations Leader and crew Communicate any areas of concern with a property, problems with a team member or client with the Operations Leader Communicate with the client when needed Prior landscape maintenance experience with crew leadership responsibilities Valid driver's license with experience operating a truck and trailer Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physical tasks We are seeking a Maintenance Team Leader to oversee daily landscape maintenance operations and lead a crew in delivering high-quality service across commercial properties. This role is responsible for crew leadership, safety compliance, quality control, and efficient completion of contracted maintenance work. The Maintenance Team Leader works closely with operations and client service leadership to ensure properties are maintained to company and client expectations.
