Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team in ensuring the safety, functionality, and efficiency of our marine facility. This energetic role requires a proactive leader with strong mechanical, electrical, and management skills who can oversee industrial maintenance operations, coordinate projects, and uphold high standards of facilities management in a fast-paced environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across the facility, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and mechanical equipment Lead troubleshooting efforts using schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to diagnose issues with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low voltage, and high voltage systems Manage maintenance schedules and work orders to ensure timely repairs and preventative maintenance Oversee the installation, inspection, and repair of electrical systems, including industrial machinery and high-voltage equipment Supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance on mechanical knowledge, schematics interpretation, and safety protocols Ensure compliance with safety regulations related to electrical work, industrial maintenance, and facilities management Coordinate projects involving manufacturing processes or facility upgrades while managing timelines and budgets Qualifications Proven management experience in facilities or industrial maintenance environments Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively Extensive mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems (including low voltage and high voltage), and industrial machinery Hands-on experience with schematics reading, Ohm's law calculations, and troubleshooting using tools like ohmmeters Knowledge of safety standards related to electrical work, industrial environments, and facilities management Excellent communication skills in English for clear team coordination and reporting Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to maintaining excellence in marine facilities!
