  • Conduct inspections of premises and equipment to plan maintenance/engineering tasks throughout the facility.
  • Prepare maintenance schedules, perform and allocate work.
  • Coordinate and conduct daily maintenance activities.
  • Supervise, train, and mentor workers.
  • Oversee all repairs and ensure that work is completed correctly and on time.
  • Assign, perform, and track all preventative maintenance work.
  • Troubleshoot equipment for repairs and/or preventative maintenance.
  • Assign and perform routine maintenance of equipment, lubrication, belts, pulleys, etc.
  • Assist in the collection of equipment details to establish parts lists.
  • Work with other maintenance team members to compete projects in a timely basis.
  • Establish strategies to meet maintenance demands.
  • Should be willing to work in shifts (up to 12hrs/available as necessary)
  • Must be able to work as part of a team
  • Must be able to read and comprehend manuals and written or verbal instructions
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Must have sufficient physical reflexes and personal well paced mobility to perform the job
  • Must have the physical ability to stand, bend, squat, kneel, push, pull, walk and lift up to 55lbs repeatedly, for a long period of time during your shift
MUST HAVE
Mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical skills and knowledge in an industrial environment
  • Ability to understand and make key adjustments to production equipment
  • High school diploma or equivalent, advanced training in industrial maintenance preferred.
  • 2 years' experience as Maintenance Supervisor with a verifiable track record and employment history.
  • Prior industrial maintenance experience, strong knowledge of maintenance procedures.
  • Mechanical, electrical, welding training preferred.
  • Excellent attention to details.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Time management skills.
  • Strong decision making and problem-solving skills. Must be able to complete the physical requirements stated under skills and specifications Impeccable safety record

From $80,000.00 per year
