Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to lead our industrial maintenance team in ensuring the optimal operation and reliability of our manufacturing facilities. This pivotal role involves overseeing maintenance activities, managing a team of technicians, and implementing strategies to maximize equipment uptime and safety. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, technical expertise in electrical and mechanical systems, and a proactive approach to facilities management. Duties Lead and supervise the maintenance team, fostering a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs utilizing Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, asset history, and scheduling. Oversee the repair and maintenance of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage equipment, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Manage industrial mechanical systems such as HVAC units, pumps, conveyors, and schematics to maintain optimal facility operations. Coordinate projects involving facilities upgrades or equipment installations, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints. Utilize technical knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics, ohmmeters, and electrical testing tools for troubleshooting complex issues. Ensure adherence to safety protocols related to high voltage work, electrical experience requirements, and industrial maintenance standards. Monitor the performance of all equipment through inspections and data analysis to prevent failures and optimize operational efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams on manufacturing processes, facility management initiatives, and continuous improvement projects. Experience Proven supervisory or managerial experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management roles. Extensive knowledge of electrical systems including high voltage (HV) and low voltage (LV) applications; experience with schematics is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge related to manufacturing equipment such as HVAC systems, pumps, conveyors, and other industrial machinery. Hands-on experience with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics reading, ohmmeters, and troubleshooting electrical circuits. Familiarity with CMMS platforms for maintenance management; ability to analyze data for predictive maintenance strategies. Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining quality standards. Excellent communication skills in English for effective team leadership and collaboration across departments. Knowledge of safety regulations related to industrial environments including high voltage work practices.
