implementation goals Direct multiple team leaders and their respective zones Perform line input and other administrative tasks as required Prevent defects from passing to the next work process driving first-time quality in station Motivate, train, and develop Team Leader/Members to effectively perform their jobs utilizing standard methods and procedures Ensure Team Members perform their job responsibilities and empower them to continuously improve their work by managing and eliminating constraints. Qualifications & Job Requirements High School Diploma or GED along with two (2) to five (5) years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably automotive or equivalent combination of education and experience. One (1) to two (2) years in related area of position. Experience in a leadership or supervisory role. Teamwork oriented. Proven ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally, effective follow-up, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Specialized Skills and Knowledge Required Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Access. Experience with SAP system preferred.
