Full-Time Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Maintenance Director to lead facility and industrial maintenance operations. The successful candidate will oversee maintenance staff, equipment reliability, facility infrastructure, preventative maintenance programs, and safety initiatives. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of manufacturing equipment, electrical systems, HVAC units, and building systems while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and supervise maintenance personnel to ensure high performance and employee engagement. Develop and manage preventive and predictive maintenance programs using CMMS software. Ensure maximum equipment uptime and operational efficiency. Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical systems. Interpret electrical schematics and utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve issues. Manage industrial maintenance activities within manufacturing facilities. Coordinate maintenance projects involving PLCs, HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, and facility improvements. Monitor maintenance budgets, schedules, inventory, and resource allocation. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, company safety policies, and industry standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase reliability, productivity, and cost efficiency. Maintain a safe working environment for all employees and contractors. QualificationsRequired Proven leadership experience managing maintenance teams in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong mechanical and industrial maintenance background. Experience with electrical systems, including high-voltage and low-voltage applications. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings. Experience with PLCs, CMMS software, HVAC systems, and facility management. Strong project management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Working knowledge of OSHA and workplace safety requirements. Preferred Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, Facilities Management, or a related field. Professional certifications related to maintenance, facilities management, electrical systems, or safety. Experience leading continuous improvement and reliability programs.
