$23-26/hr About the Company Express Employment is seeking a Maintenance Lead to join our client's team. Our client is a growing manufacturing facility dedicated to safety, quality, and continuous improvement. This position offers the opportunity to lead a maintenance team while supporting the operation and reliability of facility equipment and systems. Key Responsibilities Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians, including scheduling, training, and task delegation. Perform and oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and facility equipment. Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and maintain accurate maintenance records using eMaint. Manage maintenance and facility supply inventory and work with third-party vendors. Promote workplace safety, ensure compliance with company policies, and communicate facility needs to management. Required Qualifications 7+ years of maintenance experience preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical job duties including bending, standing, and lifting. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications (Optional) Forklift certification. Training in lockout/tagout and confined space procedures. Experience with electrical systems, mechanical repairs, pipefitting, and welding. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience leading maintenance teams and training employees.
