$70,000 - $85,000 per year A bit about us: A growing food manufacturing company is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead its second-shift maintenance team. This position is responsible for improving equipment reliability, reducing downtime, strengthening preventive maintenance programs, and supporting safe, uninterrupted production. Why join us? Job Details Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians. Schedule and prioritize maintenance work based on production needs. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, instrumentation, and equipment failures. Reduce recurring breakdowns through root cause analysis and corrective actions. Manage preventive and predictive maintenance activities through the CMMS. Support TPM, reliability-centered maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor KPIs, including downtime, OEE, work-order completion, and equipment reliability. Enforce OSHA, EPA, food safety, and company safety requirements. Assist with maintenance labor, repair, and capital planning. Partner with Production and Operations to minimize disruptions. Develop technical training plans and improve team capabilities. Qualifications 5+ years of maintenance experience within a manufacturing environment. Previous experience leading or supervising maintenance technicians. Strong mechanical, electrical, PLC, and industrial troubleshooting skills. Experience with CMMS, preventive/predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and TPM. Knowledge of OSHA requirements and manufacturing safety practices. Food, beverage, consumer products, or other high-volume manufacturing experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field preferred; equivalent technical experience considered. Willingness to work second shift, extended hours, and occasional weekends.
