As CDG continues to grow, we are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to help maintain our equipment and facilities to the highest standard. Position Summary The Facilities & Maintenance Manager leads our maintenance team and is responsible for keeping our production equipment and facilities running safely and reliably. This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be on the plant floor, in the electrical panels, and leading your team through repairs, preventive maintenance, and equipment installations. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the maintenance team, including hiring, training, and day-to-day supervision. Build and manage the preventive maintenance (PM) schedule for all production equipment. Track equipment uptime, repair times, and PM completion using our maintenance software (CMMS). Own the maintenance budget, including parts, contractor labor, and repair costs. Lead major repairs, equipment rebuilds, and new equipment installations. Manage the building and facility systems: HVAC, plumbing, compressed air, and electrical (low voltage and high voltage up to 460V 3-phase). Investigate equipment failures and put fixes in place to stop them from happening again. Manage relationships with equipment vendors, parts suppliers, and outside contractors. Keep spare parts stocked and organized so repairs don't get held up. Make sure maintenance work follows OSHA safety rules, including lockout/tagout and machine guarding. Work closely with the Production team to schedule maintenance around production needs. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is a plus, but not required. 5+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience will be considered instead. 7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, including at least 3 years leading a team. Comfortable working with mechanical, electrical (low voltage and high voltage up to 460V 3-phase), hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC-controlled equipment. Experience using maintenance management software (CMMS). Experience managing a maintenance budget. Familiar with OSHA safety rules for industrial maintenance. Strong leader who can train, coach, and hold a team accountable. Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience is a plus. Physical Requirements Able to walk the plant floor for extended periods. Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Comfortable working in a manufacturing plant environment (noise, temperature changes, moving equipment).

$36.00 - $49.00 per hour
