We are looking for an experienced Automotive Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily service department operations, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and helping drive department performance.

Responsibilities:

Manage and support service advisors, technicians, and shop staff Oversee workflow, scheduling, and repair order progress Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Monitor productivity, efficiency, and department profitability Handle customer concerns in a professional manner Maintain quality control and ensure repairs are completed properly Assist with hiring, training, and coaching team members Ensure compliance with safety policies and company procedures

Requirements:

Previous automotive service management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of automotive repair processes and shop operations Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license
